The Digital Wood Carver DWC5100 is a true commercial CNC machine, built to handle full 4x8 sheet material with professional performance and reliability. With a carving area of 96" x 48" and upgraded components like closed-loop motors, ball screw drive, and planetary gearboxes, this machine is engineered for fast-paced, high-volume shops that still want the backing of Digital Wood Carver's support team.
Big Projects, Built-In Precision
Our 48" x 96" commercial CNC has a working area of 51.2" x 98.4", giving you full sheet coverage plus a bit of working clearance. With 8 inches of Z travel, it handles thick materials or stacked jobs with ease.
The table includes 5 integrated T-slots and a vacuum hold-down system, giving you flexible, secure workholding for large sheet stock, boards, and custom setups.
