A few details help us solve your issue quicker. If you have them, include:

  • Your machine model (DWC2440, DWC3648, etc.)
  • What you were trying to do when the issue occurred
  • Any error message(s) or screenshots
  • Whether this is hardware or OmniControl / PlanetCNC
  • If Remote Support is possible (Yes/No)
  • Best contact method + best time to reach you

Why We’re Asking You to Register

At Digital Wood Carver, we’re always working to provide faster, more accurate support for your CNC machine.

We’re currently updating our customer records to:

  • Assign each customer a unique Customer ID
  • Link CNC serial numbers directly to their owner
  • Ensure support tiers, warranty status, and machine details are accurate
